Muscle-Strengthening: Strong Women (and Men), Strong Bones Program
Arlington Community Recreation welcomes the weight lifting regimen of Tufts University's Strong Bones Program. Drop in Jan-Feb only, 3 instructors, ankle weights and hand weights (up to 8 lb) provided. Join the only exercise program proven to reverse osteoporosis, build bone density and improve arthritis pain while building health & encouraging weight loss. Yoga stretching and safe aerobic warmup to music; coed; mix & match weekend (Sat am) and weekday (Tues pm) classes; makeups provided.
