Beat Research heads DJ C and DJ Flack move their mix of hip-hop, grime, and extreme beats to the Linwood tomorrow night, where they will be joined by Montreal producer and DJ Ghislain Poirier. (Zebbler and Sean Stevens will provide visual mash-ups throughout the night.) Poirier, noted for his exploration of ragga, has notched up remixes for Lady Sovereign and DJ /rupture, and produced beats for MC Beans, among others. He also heads a monthly DJ night in Montreal, Bounce Le Gros.
