Dew Tour's Skate Open

The Dew Tour, the world's premier season-long action sports tour, announced that its Skate Open will be held at the TD Banknorth Garden on July 24-25. The event will feature the world's best athletes in skate vert and park and will play host to the ISF World Championships of Skateboarding along with a free music concert.

For the first week that tickets are on sale, the Dew Tour is running a special promotion. With any purchase of a Reserved or Action Zone ticket between May 11-17, fans will receive the second ticket of equal value for half price. The promotion will not apply to Grounds Pass tickets.

For Saturday's finals, Action Zone tickets cost $100 a day for adults and children and provide access to priority reserved seating for all finals contests on Saturday, in addition to official Dew Tour merchandise, a behind-the-scenes tour, athlete autograph session, merchandise discount coupon, Fast Pass access into all venues and interactive areas, and cold Mountain Dew. Reserved seating tickets will be $35 for children and adults and guarantees seating for all finals competitions. Grounds Pass tickets cost $15 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.

Friday's event tickets are on sale for $15 for all ages. The ticket will include admission to all preliminary round of competitions held at TD Banknorth Garden.

Coming to Boston for the first time in the Dew Tour's five-year history, the event will feature the world's greatest talent in skateboarding and will be host to the ISF's World Championship of Skateboarding as well as open qualifier competitions. In addition to the skateboarding competitions that will be taking place, the Skate Open will also feature a free music concert, taking place at City Hall Plaza on Friday, July 24.
