Free Sailing Open House

Novice sailors will get a feel for what it’s like to take the helm of a powerful sailboat during an afternoon of free sailing trips on Boston Harbor, courtesy of the Boston Sailing Center.

First-time sailors and those with limited sailing experience are invited to come down and give it a try. Complimentary ‘round-the-harbor sailboat trips supervised by experienced skippers will be conducted aboard boats ranging in length from 23 to 40 feet.

The Center's teaching staff will be on hand to answer questions about sailing basics, and about details of the school’s award-winning, 26-hour introductory course.
