Susan Wornick and Joyce Kulhawik take on emcee duties at the inaugural Massachusetts Dance Festival, leaving terpsichore duties to professional Massachusetts dance companies including BoSoma Dance Company, Rainbow Tribe, Sokolow Now!, Triveni Dance Company, Snake Dance Theater, and Flamenco Dance Project. Innovative moves, swords, veils, lifts, video, and a themed piece based on quantum physics and astronomy will make you feel like dancing (but don't). -- June Wulff, Globe Staff
