The MFA and Diablo Glass School have collaborated to offer Teen Vacation Camps. All camps start with an intro at Diablo, then a tour of the MFAs glass collection. At the MFA, we discuss the history of glass, different techniques and artistic inspiration. After, teens return to the studio to start their intensive glass studies. Teens chose btw Glass Blowing & Flame Working and in the afternoon, all work in the kiln forming studio to create fused glass pieces.
Four-Day: Mon-Thurs 9-4, ages 12-18
