We ate there last night. The food was mediocre at best. I had the 180 ribs. They were dry and almost impossible to eat. They tasted as if thet had been made the day before and reheated. They tasted like straw. 3 of our group had the famous hamburger and all were disappointed. The meat was dry and inedible. We were very disappointed. The banana cream pie which we all shared was ice cold and must have come out of the freezer. I cannot believe in the popularity of this place. The server was sweet but very disorganized. The wine was good. The coffee was also good.

Had a wonderful evening and great meal. Service was attentive and top notch. We (2)liked a lot on the menu so the wait staff suggested the tasting menu. What a blast- Andy the owner and chef came out asked us about what we liked, allergies and then went to work. Two apps, a salad course and two entrees. and to top it off peanut butter pie and doughnuts! Flavors and presentation were awesome. There is a reason a place 647 has been strong for 11 years- Great chef and staff. Will return again.

Doesn't everything feel too serious lately? Wouldn't you like to be served banana-Nutella pancakes and Tibetan momos by a gentleman in a plaid bathrobe? Or perhaps eat $2 tacos in a room jam-packed with other people who just. Need. Some. Fun. Please? (Full review)
