This spot exudes confidence (note the word uber in the name) — and should. Owners Nick Kesaris and Spiro Kouvlis are boyhood friends from North Quincy who looked around the country and modeled Uburger after In-N-Out Burger in LA and Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries in Washington, D.C. Meat is ground on the premises; delectable fries are hand cut and made without trans fats; and ice cream frappes are thick and lucsious. If this is the answer to good fast food, sign us up.
