Market of the Living Dead

The Market of the Living Dead is approaching! On Sunday, October 31st, Get your dead on for our 7th Annual Costume Contest. The event has become a tradition for the SoWa Open Market and we've got quite the reputation in Boston. We hesitate to even call this a market, it's an EVENT!

This year it's dead serious... seriously. Participation is encouraged, and the bloodier the better. If you don't come as a zombie, we guarantee you'll leave as one. In celebration of the end of another successful market… Show more season we're inviting all customers and vendors to participate.

We will be holding our annual vendor costume contest which will be accompanied by a customer costume contest with BIG prizes for each. Participants should check in at the SoWa info booth between 10AM and 130PM, judging begins at 2PM sharp. Those sans costume, come and cheer on your friends and favorite vendors.

For our favorite costumes, we will be offering AMAZING prizes!

Vendors:
1st Prize - VIP PASS for the ENTIRE 2011 Open Market season.
2nd Prize - 5 free market spaces for the 2011 SoWa Open Market season.
3rd Prize - Free booth space for the opening weekend in 2011.

Customers:
1st Prize - $250
2nd Prize - $150
3rd Prize - $100

Aside from the Halloween festivities, its our last outdoor market of the season! There will 120 artists and designers at the SoWa Open Market (in zombie attire), 30 vintage and dealers at the SoWa Vintage Market + the SoWa Famers Market + FOOD TRUCKS!
