Core Vinyasa incorporates pranayama, deep core work and spinal awareness into a vinyasa class. The theme of this class is treating the core as the center of the body, encouraging students to move from that center and connect more fully. Intentional abdominal work is included but not constant. Interpretations of this class largely depend on the teacher.
