This class will combine elements of vinyasa, yin and restorative joined with music to create an invigorating, relaxing and deeply restoring experience. The first hour of this class will be focused on warming and flowing sequences linked with breath, moving into a vigorous vinyasa which will heat and prepare the body for the deep stretching to follow. The final portion of class will be purely restorative and supportive, prepping the body for a blissful savasana. Late arrivals not admitted.
