Ashtanga Level 1/2 - Community Class
The Ashtanga yoga system focuses on coordination of movement with the breath using counted vinyasa, to move through a set series of postures. Ashtanga Level 1/2 explores the first half of the primary series. The simple postures are appropriate to students who are brand new to yoga and ashtanga as well as seasoned practioners who want to slow down and explore the foundation of the practice.
