This class focuses on proper alignment, transitioning and breathing for a safe and sustainable vinyasa practice. Yoga postures will be explored slowly and mindfully with attention to detail and foundation. Vinyasa Basics is great way for beginners to learn the fundamentals of a vinyasa practice as well as experienced practitioners to revisit the basics and realign. Appropriate for those who desire a slower but still challenging practice with space to learn and ask questions.
