The 3rd annual Mimouna Celebration spotlights Maghrebi culture in the South End. Mimouna is an ancient holiday where Moroccan Jews mark the end of Passover by celebrating with their Muslim neighbors. AIC has revived the tradition in Boston in partnership with Prism (of the New Center for the Arts), offering a unique interfaith event that brings together Jews, Muslims, and members of the broader community to celebrate a common cultural heritage.
