Saturday, Jun 2, 2012 8:00p
New England Conservatory: Jordan Hall
Boston,
MA
Chorus pro Musica, Boston’s historic chorus under the leadership of Music Director Betsy Burleigh concludes its season with Joseph Haydn's The Creation at Jordan Hall, Saturday, June 2. 23-year-old British video and projection designer Joss Sessions will visually enhance this performance with light and images projected on the walls of Jordan Hall. Sessions' stunning video projection will feature a mix of computer-generated light beams and shapes that occasionally coalesce into concerte images.

Chorus pro Musica’s Saturday performance of Haydn’s oratorio “The Creation” will include a visual dimension to heighten the storytelling aspect of the piece. Joss Sessions, recently graduated from the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts with a specialization in creating video art for performance, will project his work onto “those amazing pipes” of the organ at the back of the hall, behind the musicians.
