The One Hit Wonder is fun teaser class where you have the OPTION of dressing up in our clean, crazy costumes, watch a dance by the Instructor, then learn a Strut, Floor Routine, 3 Airborne Pole Swings, Chair Dance Routine, & How to Pick Up a Dollar Bill w/yer Butts!
This is a class to do by yourself or with a friend, & remember it DOESN'T matter how old you are, your body shape, or how much/little arm strength you have, 'cause ya DON'T need arm strength to swing around the pole!
