She is an Associate Member of the Franklin Historical Commission and is currently preparing a grant application to the National Endowment for the Humanities for the New Franklin Historical Museum. She is also in the process of working on a new series of paintings called "Power Lines" and is arranging an exhibit of these works in New York.
