Top of the Hub has extended its Toast To The Amalfi Coast! for a second time. The restaurant's special three-course, prix-fixe Italian menu, created via a culinary collaboration between Executive Chef Mark Porcaro and Executive Chef Vincent Esposito from Hotel Villa Franca in Positano, Italy, has been extended through June 13.
