DJ Mike Slagel on the ones and twos, makeup artists, a massive Ketel One ice bar and luge, specialty cocktails from Josh Jamison and a photo booth. Dress to impress the cameras and the judges, we're giving away $500 of cold, hard cash for the best costume.
