Come to our canine Halloween costume party to benefit the MSPCA. The Liberty will donate a portion of the events proceeds to the MSPCA, & contest winners will receive a donation in their name to the organization & gifts from Dakota Puffin Dog Boutique. Featuring Clink's cocktail & snack menu in the Liberty Hotel's own back "Yard." Come mix & mingle. All sizes are welcome and there is no entrance fee. The event is weather dependent.
