Join the Boston Choral Ensemble for a special holiday concert at Boston’s Old South Church. This year, the Ensemble will update the traditional lessons and carols format by presenting a mixture of sacred and secular music with readings for the holiday season. The sacred selections will reflect upon the image of the Virgin Mary as a rose, and the secular pieces will explore the beauty and cruelty of midwinter snow. Audiences will also enjoy carols for congregation accompanied by organ.
