Call your sandwich order; be told it will be ready in 15 minutes (this is lunchtime on a Sunday); arrive on time and be told by spaced-out clerk that she "didn't have time yet" to make your lunch. She offers - half-heartedly, at best - to prepare it now. Since yo have a 30-min. lunch break, you decline. She does not apologize.
