This restaurant on Harrison Ave next door to the East West Bank has my vote not just for their great sandwiches for their other meals, dumplings and assorted rice rolls filled with shrimp, avocado and tofu. The girls in there are friendly, service is fast and don't forget to get your bubble tea/smoothie before you leave. Once you try The 163 on Harrison Ave @ Beach St you will be hooked for life!
