Executive chef David Daniels was spoiled in his last post. Topper’s at the Wauwinet, on Nantucket, is one of the island’s most idyllic spots.

Now the restaurant in the Fairmont Battery Wharf hotel has reopened with very little fanfare, and a new name: Aragosta Bar + Bistro.
