Each year, at least twice a year my boyfriend and I visit this resaurant for its amazing service and menu. I will admit, although everything is always amazing, we tend to stick to the coconut shrimp, prime rib, mixed seafood grill, and ahi tuna. We have never been even slightly disappointed. I can't speak for waiting, we have always made reservations and have been treated like a prince and princess by the hostess and waiters! I always look forward to the next time we get to go back! Love it, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!

Service was sub-par. My wife and I were almost ignored by the hostess and wait staff on a rather slow night at the restaurant. Food was average. I have eaten here a few times and it's hit or miss as far as service.
