Boston Park Plaza Hotel and Towers

Boston is the elegant city. There are many resident people, but still there was many things to do. I went there in the winter, as Boston trips must be done. Hence, during that time, to enjoy the wine and especial flavor foods of Boston adds a great charm to the trip. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable and the crew went above and beyond to ensure my contentment.

The location was very convenient. Easy access to restaurants and shops. The entire hotel has been tastefully restored and elegantly furnished with a contemporary twist. The crew were all fantastic; professional but receptive. The entire place was immaculately clean. The operatives was pleasant and attentive and went out of their way with room service, concierge assistance.

Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers, is a historic hotel of Boston City. They provide very superior attentiveness and services. The rooms were very nicely maintained, all the things were well managed and elegant. I had a two queen bed room with a view. The bed was quite comfortable, I sleep well. Robe and slippers were provided. Also, there are wonderful events always organised at Boston. Amazing place!

The customer service is exceptional. The operatives is receptive and efficient. The hotel is ravishing and the rooms are large and ravishingly appointed. .The room was clean, the bed was good always made up in a timely manner and I appreciated the little extras like the complimentary water.

I've never stayed at a hotel where I can honestly say that every single employee was incredibly gracious and provided excellent service. The room was cozy and very comfortable.They offer large and soft towels and robes. The housekeeping operatives was helpful and receptive. They offer complimentary slippers. Overall it was great time there.

They were always asking if we needed directions. The operatives were receptive and helpful. The room was ravishing. We stayed in the one with the two king beds and it had a nice view of the down town area. The operatives was so receptive and warm. Breakfast was much fesh and delicious. Great time, great stay!

Comfortable beds and nice design in general .The operatives was receptive and professional and the concierge was extremely helpful in providing tips. The bed linens were the finest, with turn down service and complimentary water. The service was excellent...receptive and helpful. Ravishing Hotel, excellent location. We were most impressed with the operatives. They were helpful and most of all polite. Close to transportation and convenient to airport. Service is excellent. All amenities are extremely comfortable. It is so luxurious and elegant with wonderful service. I look forward to going back and staying there again.

The lobby is large and nicely decorated. Valet service was prompt, friendly and courteous. Wish we could have stayed longer. Room service was exceptionally fast and all of the operatives were exceedingly friendly, polite and gracious. The location is fabulous. Walking distance to the mall across the street, many great restaurants and movie theatre. We will definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable.It is so luxurious and elegant with wonderful service. I look forward to going back and staying there again. The concierge was great for breakfast recommendations.The complimentary chocolates/strawberries set the tone for a great weekend..we both thank you!

Very clean room, comfortable bed.We were pleased with everything about this hotel.After a long trip, it was the perfect place for our introduction to this great city and we look forward to the day we can stay here again.

The hotel is elegant and right in the heart of the city. Rooms and bathrooms were splendidly and modernly decorated, clean as a whistle, and spacious.Nearby are tons of restaurants and you're within walking distance of the museum district, so handy location.

This hotel is perfect. Great location, great service and great amenities. Walking distance to just about everywhere and tram stops.Nice bars and delicious restaurant also. The bed was a slice of heaven.I would stay here again without a second thought and highly recommend it.

It is immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable; the hotel work force was helpful and polite. They will store your luggage until check-in or after check-out. It is close to everything: shops, museums, restaurants, tram stop in front of hotel. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Our room was splendidly decorated. It was a big room with a king size bed, small sofa with a chair, a desk/chair, flat screen television with mini-fridge. The bathroom was a good size with a garden tub. The second room had a king size bed and was splendidly decorated.The location was perfect for sightseeing.

The hotel is absolutely splendid both inside and outside and the hotel work force were a delight. They were extremely welcoming and polite and they were incredibly helpful when it came to recommendations and directions to places.
The bedrooms were simply decorated and very comfortable - the bathroom immaculately clean.

The room was clean and bright. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and our inside room was quiet, with no distracting street noise. The fixtures were modern and everything worked well. The windows open at the top, so you can get fresh air. The hotel work force were all helpful and made us feel quite at home.Highly recommended!

This hotel is located at the great location.Rooms are splendid and cleaned daily.The bathrooms are also splendidly designed and it is provided with all the basic amenities. Would surely recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is a very nice hotel.Spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, great work space, and free wi-fi was a plus. Nice large flat screen TV.They are knowledgeable, and spoke good English.Overall, a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!!!!!
