We found a lot of fun facts on the Suzanne Vega website. The singer/songwriter was asked to audition for the lead in "Desperately Seeking Susan" and "The Color of Money." In the DVD edition of "Pulp Fiction," there's dialogue between Vincent Vega (John Travolta) and Mia Wallace (Uma Thurman) where Wallace asks Vega if he is related to Suzanne: "Suzanne Vega is my cousin. If she's become a folk singer, I sure as hell don't know nuthin about it." There's somethin about a concert tonight in Cambridge where the neo-folk icon performs with guitarist Gary Leonard and bassist Mike Visceglia. -- June Wulff, Globe Staff
