One of the area's few Ethiopian/Eritrean restaurants, where the cornerstone of the cuisine is injera, a huge pancake-like flatbread traditionally made from teff (a high-protein grain). You eat with your hands, tearing off pieces of injera to scoop up stew-like entrees, such as shoro, a spiced chickpea mix, or lamb in berbere (pepper) sauce.
