The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum will host discussion with Erik Larson, author of In the Garden of Beasts: Love, Terror, and an American Family in Hitler's Berlin, moderated by Marvin Kalb, Edward R. Murrow Professor of Practice, Emeritus Harvard Kennedy School.
The evening will invite reflection not only on what was known, but also on what actions might have been taken to stop Germany's domination of Europe and, ultimately, the Holocaust.
