Presence is All: Somatic Movement for Performers
All performing artists at one time or another can experience almost paralyzing stage fright. Start by learning some "three-minute miracles" from the Bones for Life® repertoire to prevent "freezing." Then move on to learn how to become more comfortable presenting our "authentic selves" to an audience. Posture, microphone issues, breathing, eye contact, vocal tone — all will be addressed. Bring your high heels if you perform in them. Dress comfortably to move.
