This summery salad class will take you from traditional picnic and potluck fare to interesting new ways of approaching familiar ingredients. This class will cover sour cream-based salads (potato and pasta) and vinaigrettes (roasted beets with orange-raspberry-hazelnut vinaigrette and seaweed salad). While primarily geared toward vegetarian dishes, participants will also make a hearty bacon panzanella salad and dressings from scratch using fresh herbs and exotic nut oils.
