Free Yoga for Women
Come and enjoy the innumerable benefits of yoga with an experienced certified yoga teacher. With a class that integrates alignment of posture, attention to breathing, and flowing movement, so you will learn the basics of breathing, standing and seated poses, and sun salutations, providing the tools for a successful and supportive yoga practice. All levels are welcome. Props will be provided and mats are available upon request. Space is limited so please call for reservations.
