This was 2011 in Boston, and before we bid it goodbye, let’s take a look back at some of its most delicious moments.
(Full review)Despite its name and proximity to MIT, Catalyst isn’t techie or whiz-bang. The only chemical reaction it speeds up involves dopamine. Catalyst serves delicious food largely prepared using traditional methods: the braise, the sear, the pickle. (Full review)When Aujourd’hui closed in 2009, chef William Kovel found himself suddenly out of work.
(Full review)It spurred him to open his own restaurant.
