Neighborhood Theatre

The Theatre is relaxed and comfortable, relaxed & fun, relaxed & acoustically correct, relaxed & intimate, relaxed and available for lease to other promoters and artists, and just relaxed.

Neighborhood Theatre is located in Charlotte’s most interesting arts district, the North Davidson Street Arts District (NODA). This area has art galleries, casual dining, and unique shopping. The residential area includes newly renovated “mill houses” which are homes to artists, actors, and dancers.

The Theatre is handicap accessible and non-smoking.
