The Worst Service Ever

I don't even know where to begin. I have never felt strongly enough about bad service to complain but here it is. I wasn't upset when dirty dishes were left on our table or our waiter didn't bother to ask us if we wanted another drink or even when the waiter blamed the kitchen for messing up our order and I had to eat my meal while my husband waited for his meal to be prepared or when the waiter overcharged us on the bill, but when I brought all this to the attention of the manager he felt is was more important for us to sympathize with the waiter because he is learning english rather than the fact that the restaurant has poor service and they don't care about their patrons.
