This therapeutic Yoga class is designed for those who wish to journey a bit deeper into the connective tissues of the body while balancing their practice with therapeutic assisted stretching. This is the perfect compliment and balance to a more active, yang Yoga practice. This class will integrate deep yin postures with longer holds as well as assisted yang stretches to awaken every depth of your tissue. No experience is necessary.
