Customer service? What a joke! I never saw such rude employees in my life. If I would be an owner of this place, I would fire these people immediately.
Instead of yelling on visitors and scaring people with police escort, they better take care of the ground.

Worst place ever. Booked my daughters 7th BDay party. Mother fell in field where we were told to park, despite a handicap plaque and questioning 2 employees. Was sent to hospital by ambulance. Brother in law was hit in chest by an apple that was fired by a cannon while we were on a hayride. People were so upset they all left my poor daughters party. When I refused to pay the balance, considering this all happened within the first hour of a 2 hour party, the owner called the Danvers polic on us!!! In front of my small children and family. Everyone there, strangers included, were completly horrified. STAY AWAY!!! Dangerous place!
