Never again.

I've enjoyed LMA shows for years and the venue itself is very nice but the last one was just that, my last.

I paid $60 to join my family in the balcony for Le Grand Cirque only to have a wayward spotlight that was backlighting the performers blind us constantly throughtout the show. We weren't the only ones inconvenienced either as those before and behind us were heard to be complaining as well.

I contacted the venue in March and got absolutely no response. I contacted them again in May to say I would never attend an event there and would make why my Facebook status. That got their interest and I received a reply from the General Manager the following day asking for my phone number "to see if we can make it up to you". I left my phone number and received one call that I missed bc a family member was hospitalized. My follow-ups went unreturned.

My family and I won't waste our hard earned money on a business that has no sincere regard for their customers' satisfaction, discomfort or finances and that apparently is LMA.
