One approaches "Tyson" in a protective crouch. How can a documentary about former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson hope to square the ugly paradoxes of the man - the achievements in sports and the conviction for rape, the fame embraced and the ear bitten off? Bad karma is written on his face like those Maori warrior tattoos that turned out to be not such a good idea.
