Needham Fourth of July Fireworks at Memorial Park

Friday, July 3 events: Food tents 5-8:45 p.m., music by Maple Street Project 5-7 p.m., children's entertainment featuring balloon sculptures and pony rides 5-8 p.m., music by The Reminisants 7-9:15 p.m.,Fireworks Spectacular at dark.

Saturday, July 4 events: Registration for children's parades 8:30 a.m. at Greene's Field on Pickering Street; 5K road race 8:45 a.m. start at Carter Memorial Church; 9 a.m. Salute and Flag Raising at Town Common; 9:05 a.m. grand parade; 9 a.m.-3 p.m. craft fair and flea market; 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. food tents; 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. music by the Centre Streeters at the gazebo; 12:30 p.m. children's races including egg toss, sack races at the football field; 2 p.m. open swim meet at Rosemary Pool; 2 p.m. Needham Little League All-Star Game at Memorial Park.
