You must not be fooled by the name, the North End Café doesn't just serve meatballs anymore. While you can still have great classic Italian dishes here like chicken parmagiana and clams zuppa the extensive menu is fused with dishes from many different cultures. Paul, originally from Lebanon considers his menu "Classic Italian meets modern Mediterranean".
