Sandy Brown

Vocalist Sandy Brown, from the late-'90s band Hypnogaja, is not the same Sandy Brown that played clarinet in trad jazz combos beginning in the late '40s.
A quick glance at a set of photos of these two performers with the same name would provide much evidence of their differences. The vocalist, for starters, is a female, while the jazz musician was a man (real name Alexander Brown). Brown was enlisted for a 1999 debut album entitled Revolution, Hypnogaja at that point expanding from the energy of the original collaborating partners, ShyBoy the vocalist and Nubar the keyboardist.
