Lulu

Something of a British parallel to Cher, Lulu rose to stardom at the tender age of 15 with her precocious rendition of "Shout." The single-named singer was a consistent chart presence in England throughout the '60s, scoring her biggest and best-known hit with the title song to the 1967 film TO SIR WITH LOVE.
