Kerrier District

In late January of 2004, Luke Vibert released a triple-vinyl pack on Rephlex under his Kerrier District alias. The whimsical producer took cues from Italo disco producers of the early '80s -- as well as left-field house vets Metro Area, who certainly inspired Vibert's own pseudonym -- to come up with his own sample-heavy take on the sound. Black Devil's Disco Club, a French disco-era relic reissued by Rephlex around the same time as Kerrier District, also played a significant role in the sound of… Show more these tracks.
