Drop-In Kickboxing with Cristina DiChiera
Cristina's high-energy classes incorporate kickboxing moves, aerobic activity, pilates core strength exercises, and yoga-inspired warm-ups and cool-downs. Groove Armada, Posatronix, Mary J Blige, and Le Tigre make this class a ton of fun. All fitness levels are welcome - ways to do each exercise at varying levels of intensity are demonstrated. Participants must wear gym shoes and a yoga mat and water bottle are recommended.
