This theater has wonderful facilities but I have gone to afternoon showings for many years and frequently they forget to shut off the glaring flourescent light in the projector room, or fail to fully shut off the overhead lights in the room. Several calls using the phone that connects to the service desk often does not bring anyone to fix the problem. So what you see it the well lit backs of the heads or people sitting below you. What a shame that such lovely facilities are wasted like this. Also the clean-up staff often comes in in the final minutes of the picture talking loudly and horsing around with one another which is not an enjoyable way to end a 2 hour long movie. I hope they wake up and pay better attention!

Avoid the Saturday night prime time showings unless you get there very early. I mean a half hour. If not you will be parking at a local business site not at the theater. Can be a terrible walk in the winter and there is a very busy street (almost a highway) to cross. This is not a mall situation.

I have seen movies in theaters throughout the state and this theater compares favorably.
The refreshments (except for the Luxe Level) are mediocre but I don't go to the movies for the food. I do agree with the July 20th review on the parking logistics..not very well thought-out. What I don't agree with is the previous reviewer's comments on the make-up of the crowd. The movie-goers in Randolph are similar to any in cities/towns around the state. If the 7/20 reviewer has a problem with mixing with the hoi poloi who frequent Randolph he/she should find a venue that only caters to their kind or subscribe to Netflix. And by the way, I watch my purse when I'm in Newton just like I do when I'm in Randolph.

This is one of those fancy new theaters. Most rooms have a really big screen and terrific views from most seats. Some rooms have smaller screens. It also offers the Luxe Level, with alcoholic drinks a little table and great chairs. The sound and digital projectors (in certain rooms) are terrific. The parking lot is undersized, leading to a bit of a mess on weekend nights. Also, since Randolph isn't exactly a posh suburb, the crowd might not meet everyone's comfort level, but there are usually detail cops there and I've personally never witnessed any misbehavior. As the user below cautioned - you may want to watch your stuff.

I just witnessed a horrible incident at this theatre. A woman had her purse taken while watching the movie. The police were there and mentioned that it happened all the time, and thought it wasn't worth the effort to look for it. The pre-pubescent managers were ridiculously unsympathetic and as useless as they possible could be. They offered no help to this poor family, instead they made it seem that it was her fault for leaving it on the adjacent chair in a virtually empty movie theatre. She suggested they post warning signs, and she was scoffed at. "They don't hang signs in malls" was what I heard them reply. Like this poor woman wanted to hear that on top of everthing that just happened. The staff and the police could not have been more unprofessional.
