It's just you, other bleary-eyed late-night folks, and the outdoor elements at Revere Beach. Known for its pink slices of roast beef on toasted buns, 50-year-old Kelly's also has some of the best, albeit greasiest, fried clam bellies around, served with pickle-tart tartar sauce. Syrupy-sweet hot chocolate at least keeps you warm in the winter; bring a sweatshirt. Open all year except Christmas and Thanksgiving. Closes at 3 a.m. and reopens at 5 a.m. with coffee and muffins.
