The course will have an "aid" station every 1.5 miles or so. Each aid station will have PowerAde and water. The aid station along the Marblehead Neck (miles 4.5 and 7.5) will have Power Gel, twizzlers, petroleum jelly, bathrooms, etc.
Bathrooms - Mile 4.5 and 7.5 located at Devereux Beach. There will be signs at the aid station.
