Maple Sugaring Festival 2
Saturday, Mar 17, 2012 11:15a
Mass Audubon Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary
Sharon,
MA
A 90-minute guided tour on a wooded trail offers glimpses into the history of maple sugaring. At Native American and colonial sites, costumed characters make syrup and reenact life in days of old. The adventure winds up at the sugar shack for tastings. Pancakes with maple syrup, maple sugar popcorn, and other maple delicacies will be served at the Nature Center. - Milva DiDomizio, Globe Staff
