Somerville Community Chorus Spring Concert "Songs from the Cinema"

The concert will feature songs from a wide variety of cinematic gems, ranging from 1935’s classic Marx Brother vehicle A Night at the Opera to 2008’s Mamma Mia. One of the selections, Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus, has been featured in dozens of films and television programs, including--not surprisingly--The Greatest Story Ever Told, and a less likely appearance in a 1994 episode of Baywatch.
